Herbal Teas for Treating Early Colds: Natural Remedies for Quick Relief

Ingredients: 12g burdock root, 8g chrysanthemum.

Method: Put the burdock root in a pot, add about 600ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn off the heat. Steep the chrysanthemum in the pot, cover it, and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Drink it as a substitute for tea, and it can be consumed frequently.
