Enhancing Health with Herbal Tea: Traditional Chinese Medicine's Therapeutic Efficacy

4. Apple Tea

Raw materials: 1 fresh apple, 5g sour jujube kernel, 3g green tea, 15g white sugar.

Usage: Cut the apple into small pieces, cook together with sour jujube kernel, and use the liquid to brew tea.

6. Orange and Apricot Kernel Tea

Raw materials: 2 fresh oranges, 3g apricot kernel, 3g green tea.
