Effective Traditional Chinese Herbal Teas for Relieving Constipation in the Elderly

Constipation is a common problem for many modern people, especially the elderly. Due to the impact on their digestive system, they often suffer from constipation. However, today I want to recommend several traditional Chinese herbal teas that can effectively relieve constipation.


1. Milk Tea

Ingredients: 30g of tea leaves, suitable amount of butter and sesame

Method: Brew a strong tea decoction with the tea leaves, and the color should be reddish. Add butter and ground sesame, and then add salt or sugar to taste.
