Introduction to Jujube Tea:

 

Jujube tea is a delicacy made from ingredients such as red dates, honey, and ginger.

 

Ingredients for Jujube Tea:

 

Red dates, honey, ginger.

 

Instructions:

 

1. Wash the prepared red dates thoroughly in water, chop them into pieces and remove the pits. Finely chop the ginger.

 

2. Put the dates and ginger into a pressure cooker (remember to use cold water to remove the spiciness of the ginger), add water until it reaches the same level as the dates. Cover the cooker, bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer for another 20 minutes over low heat.

 

Ingredients for Preparation:

 

3. Transfer the cooled date paste into a large glass bottle (remember to add honey after the tea has cooled), and add honey in a ratio of two spoons of date paste to one spoon of honey. Stir well.

 

4. After stirring, place the bottle in the refrigerator. Drink as desired by adding warm water when consuming.

Drink a cup of warm water in the morning after waking up, do not use hot water.
