Herbal tea has the effect of clearing heat and reducing fire, so many people often choose to drink herbal tea to calm down and cool off. However, because herbal tea has a cold nature, we need to be careful when drinking it. Depending on our different constitution, the choice of herbal tea varieties also varies. Therefore, before drinking herbal tea, we need to first understand our own constitution to avoid adverse effects.
