Green tea is a type of tea that has not undergone any fermentation process and is the most fresh and natural variety of tea leaves. It is the preferred choice for people to drink in the summer, as green tea has a refreshing and natural taste. The main characteristics of Longjing tea are: small and tender leaves, sword-shaped leaves, fresh and green tea color after brewing, and a taste that starts bitter and turns sweet.

(2) Biluochun. Biluochun mainly comes from the Dongting Mountain Scenic Area in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China. This area is surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery, with a long history of tea cultivation. Therefore, Biluochun is also known as Dongting Biluochun. Its characteristics are: curled leaves, tender leaves, white tips on the top of the leaves, and after brewing, the tea soup is green and transparent, with a fragrant and fruity aroma.

(3) Maofeng. Maofeng is also a famous tea, produced in the Dabie Mountains area of Xinyang, Henan Province. It is also known as Xinyang Maofeng. Xinyang is one of the eight major tea producing areas in China because of its abundant production of Maofeng. The characteristics of Maofeng are: long and slender leaves, white tips, tender green tea color, rich and mellow taste, with the aroma of roasted chestnuts. Even after multiple brews, it can still maintain its aroma.

The above only introduces the most famous three types of green tea. In fact, besides these three, there are more than ten other types of green tea that have good taste and beneficial health functions. The health benefits of green tea have been discovered and utilized for a long time. Its health functions mainly include: clearing heat and detoxification, resisting cancer cells, reducing fat and cholesterol in the body, beauty and weight loss, radiation protection, and dental health.
