Facial Scraping
1. Apply facial essential oil evenly.
2. Gently press the facial acupoints with a scraping board from bottom to top: Chengjiang, Liangdicang, Liangyingxiang, Julao, Quanlao, Liangbitong, Jingming, Yintang, Zuanzhu, Yuyao, Sizhukong, Tongziliu, Qiuhou, Chengqi, Sibai, Taiyang.
3. Use the scraping board to dot the facial acupoints: Yintang, Faji, Zuanzhu, Faji, Yuyao, Faji, Sizhukong, Faji, Taiyang, Yirou, Tinghui, Tinggong, Ermen.
4. Start scraping according to the following route and sequence: 1) Chengjiang to Tinghui; 2) Lidicang to Tinghui; 3) Renzhong to Tinghui; 4) Yingxiang to Tinghui; 5) Bitong to Ermen; 6) Qingming to Ermen; 7) Below Zuanzhu to Taiyang; 8) Divide the forehead into three sections, from Taiyang to the temples.

Positioning
Yangbai: Located in the front part of the forehead, 1 inch above the pupil and above the eyebrow.
Zuanzhu: Located in the face, at the depression where the eyebrows meet and the groove above the orbit.
Taiyang: Located in front of the auricle, on the sides of the forehead, above the extension line of the outer corner of the eye.
Cheche: Located on the cheeks, about one horizontal finger width above the front of the angle of the jaw, depressed when the masseter muscle is contracted, and concave when pressed.
Lieque: Located above the radial styloid process, 1.5 inches above the wrist crease, between the brachioradialis muscle and the extensor pollicis longus tendon.
Sibai: Located on the face, directly below the pupil, at the depression below the orbit.
Julao: Located on the face, directly below the pupil, below the lower edge of the nasal wing, on the outer side of the nasolabial groove.
Hegu: Located on the back of the hand, between the first and second metacarpal bones, at the midpoint of the radial side of the second metacarpal bone.
Xiaguan: Located in front of the ears on the face, in the depression formed by the zygomatic arch and the mandibular groove.
