Oolong Tea

Oolong tea, also known as green tea, semi-fermented tea and fully fermented tea, has more varieties and is a unique tea category with distinctive Han Chinese characteristics among several major tea categories in China. Oolong tea is a tea of excellent quality made after the processes of picking, withering, shaking, frying, kneading and roasting. Black tea

Black tea belongs to the category of fully fermented tea, which is made from the buds and leaves of the tea tree, refined through the typical processes of withering, kneading (cutting), fermentation and drying. It is called black tea because of the red color of the dried tea and the red tone of the brewed tea broth. Black tea usually includes Zheng Shan Xiao Zhu, Jin Jun Mei, Yin Jun Mei, Tan Yang Gong, Qi Men Gong, Ning Hong, etc.

Green Tea

Green tea is a kind of tea. After being killed, kneaded and dried, most of the white hairs fall off, and after steeping, it is green tea with green soup. Green tea can be divided into four types through different processing: steamed green tea, roasted green tea, sun-dried green tea and fried green tea. Regular consumption of green tea can prevent cancer, lower blood fat and weight loss. Smokers can reduce nicotine damage. Green tea usually includes Longjing, Birochun, Huangshan Mao Feng, Nanjing Yuhua tea, Xinyang Mao Jian, Lushan Yun Wu tea, etc.

White Tea

White tea is a kind of tea that is picked, only after killing, not kneading, and then processed after sun or civil fire drying. White tea has white hairs showing. The famous white tea from northern Fujian and Ningbo is white hairs silver needle and white peony. White tea usually includes Junshan Silver Needle, Bai Hao Silver Needle, White Peony, Gong Mei, Shou Mei, etc.

Black Tea

Black tea is one of the six major tea groups and is a fully fermented tea. The raw material used in black tea is coarse and old, and it is the main raw material for pressing tightly pressed tea. The tea making process generally includes four processes of killing, kneading, stacking and drying. Black tea is mainly classified as Hunan black tea, Sichuan black tea, Yunnan black tea (Pu'er tea) and Hubei black tea according to geographical distribution. Black tea usually includes Pu-erh tea, Fu-brick tea, Liubao tea, etc.

Yellow Tea

Yellow tea is a specialty of China. It is divided into yellow bud tea, yellow small tea and yellow big tea according to the size of the fresh leaves. Yellow tea is a lightly fermented tea, processing process is similar to green tea, but before or after the drying process, add a "smothering" process, to promote the oxidation of polyphenols chlorophyll and other substances. The main practice is to wrap the tea leaves with paper after killing and twisting, or pile them up and cover them with wet cloth for a few minutes or hours, so as to promote the non-enzymatic automatic oxidation of the tea billets under the action of water and heat, forming yellow color. Yellow bud tea mainly has Junshan silver needle, Mengding yellow bud and Huoshan yellow bud. Such as Weishan Mao Jian, Quancheng red, Quancheng green, Pingyang yellow soup, etc. are yellow small tea. And Anhui Wanxi Jinzhai, Huoshan, Hubei Yingshan and Guangdong Da Yeqing are yellow big tea.
