April 17, 2024

Many women are troubled by facial spots. Although they have tried many methods, the actual effects are not satisfactory. So, how can we whiten and remove spots? What fruits can we eat to whiten and remove spots? In fact, the correct method for whitening and removing spots should first understand which type of spots they belong to, and then take targeted measures to remove spots in order to obtain fair and beautiful skin.

1. Freckles

Symptoms

Freckles are usually symmetrical in shape, each spot is isolated and does not merge into patches. They are the size of a pinhead or a pea, with round or oval shapes, smooth surface, and no symptoms when they occur.

Causes

Freckles are small black spots caused by the accumulation of melanin in the skin. They are mostly caused by sun exposure. Tyrosine in the skin is oxidized into dopamine by ultraviolet rays and then converted into melanin. Generally, medical treatment is not needed.

Occurrence

Freckles occur more often on the skin of women who do not have the habit of sun protection, and those with fair skin are more prone to freckles. Due to the thicker stratum corneum of men, freckles are less common.

Methods

The method to deal with freckles is mainly prevention, combined with whitening and removing black products. To prevent freckles, sun protection is essential. Sun protection not only refers to applying sunscreen, but also using umbrellas and wearing sun hats for hard protection. Especially in summer, if you often go out, you must frequently apply high SPF sunscreen.

2. Melasma

Symptoms

Melasma appears as yellow-brown or dark brown patches, commonly known as butterfly spots, liver spots, or pregnancy spots. They mostly occur on the cheeks, forehead, nose, and around the mouth, in the form of butterfly-shaped patches, with a smooth surface and no symptoms when they occur.

Causes

The cause of this type of spots is largely attributed to endocrine disorders, hormonal imbalances, liver dysfunction, and chronic inflammatory pigmentation caused by skin barrier damage. Dealing with it is very tricky.

Predisposing factors

Mostly women, especially those who are pregnant, have irregular menstruation, or have ovarian or uterine diseases.
