Method: Wash the japonica rice and soak it in cold water for an hour, then remove and drain the water. Peel and clean the fresh Chinese yam, cut it into small cubes and set it aside. Soak the goji berries in warm water and set aside. Add 1500 milliliters of cold water to the pot, add the japonica rice, Chinese yam, and goji berries, bring to a boil over high heat, and then simmer over low heat until soft. When consuming, add white sugar and honey.

4. Spot-removing and Beautifying Tea
Ingredients: 1 qian of Sichuan lovage rhizome, 2 qian of Western ginseng, 3 grams of pearl powder, 3 qian of white Poria cocos, 5 rose petals, 3 qian of red dates (pitted).
Method: Brew the herbs in 1000cc boiling water, let it simmer for about 20 minutes, then filter and drink.
