Step 1
Place your index fingers on the chin, and middle fingers under the chin. Slide them along the jawline towards the outer side.
Slide your index fingers from the chin to the area near the ears, and middle fingers from the bottom of the chin to the back of the ears. Pause for a moment.
Step 2
Relax your facial muscles and breathe.
Slide your index fingers along the cheekbones towards the outer side, stopping at the temples.
Step 3
From the area below the cheekbones near the sides of the nose, gently pinch upwards along the cheekbones with your fingertips.
Step 4
Press gently below the eyes from the outer corner to the inner corner using your ring fingers.
Pause for a moment and breathe.
Pinch your eyebrows between your index fingers and thumbs, and move them outwards from the center of the brows.
Step 5
Slide your fingers from the collarbone to the chin, moving upwards.
Step 6
Starting from the bottom, gently pinch the muscles on both sides of the windpipe with your index fingers and thumbs, moving upwards until below the ears.

Step 1
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and take a deep breath.
Step 2
Inhale and slowly bend forward, exhale and don't force it, just do your best to bend to the maximum extent, pause and breathe.
Step 3
For those who can bend further, grab your ankles with both hands and pause to breathe. Slowly return to the starting position and strengthen your brain and nerves.
