2. Chestnut Fuling Congee

Ingredients: 15g Fuling, 10 chestnuts, 30g glutinous rice. Rinse the Fuling and cook it with cold water over low heat for half an hour. Discard the residue and keep the broth. Add chestnut meat and glutinous rice to the broth and cook until it becomes congee. This congee helps to strengthen the spleen, benefit the kidneys, and relieve dampness and diarrhea. 3. Yam Fuling Pork Stomach

Ingredients: 1 pork stomach, 100g Fuling, 100g Chinese yam. Clean the pork stomach and stuff it with Fuling and Chinese yam. Pour 2 tablespoons of yellow wine over it, sprinkle with salt, and tie the opening tightly. Slowly stew it in water until the stomach becomes tender. Remove the pork stomach, take out the Fuling and yam, cool and dry them, grind them into powder, and store in a bottle. Take 6-10g each time, 3 times a day, with warm water. Slice the pork stomach, season it, and consume it. This dish helps to nourish the kidneys and stomach, strengthen the spleen, and relieve dampness. It is suitable for diabetics.

4. Lotus Leaf Fuling Congee

Ingredients: 1 lotus leaf (fresh or dried), 50g Fuling, 100g glutinous rice. First, brew the lotus leaf to make a broth, remove the residue, and then add Fuling and glutinous rice to cook the congee. Eat it twice a day, in the morning and evening. It has a good therapeutic effect on symptoms caused by summer heat, such as headache, chest tightness, yellow urine, and damp-heat diarrhea. 5. Digestion-Boosting Fuling Congee

Ingredients: 2g cinnamon twig, 10g Fuling, 3g mulberry bark, 100g glutinous rice. First, brew Fuling, cinnamon twig, and mulberry bark, filter out the residue, and cook them with glutinous rice to make congee. Take it as breakfast once a day. It is used to treat symptoms of stagnation in the stomach, such as fullness in the epigastrium, upward counterflow of qi, coughing, nausea, and poor appetite.

6. Dampness-Expelling Fuling Congee

Ingredients: 6g Euryale seed, 6g Fuling, 6g Chinese yam, 6g lotus seed meat, 6g coix seed, 6g white kidney bean, 6g Codonopsis pilosula, 6g white atractylodes. Add water and simmer for 40 minutes, remove the Codonopsis pilosula and white atractylodes residue, then add 150g washed glutinous rice, continue cooking until the rice becomes soft and the congee becomes thick. Serve with sugar and consume it in multiple servings over several days. It is used to treat symptoms of physical weakness, fatigue, edema, and diarrhea.

7. Fuling Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients: 50g Fuling, chicken meat, 200g flour. Grind the Fuling into a fine powder. Mix the Fuling powder with flour and water to make dough. Finely chop the chicken meat, add ginger, pepper, and salt to make the filling, and wrap it in dumplings. Cook and serve. This recipe uses Fuling to strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness, chicken meat to strengthen the spleen and boost Qi, and ginger and pepper to stimulate appetite and relieve gas. It is used for weak spleen and stomach, vomiting, and poor digestion.
