Whitening and Removing Spots with Zero Blemishes

Having fair and hydrated skin is every woman's dream. No woman wants to have a face full of spots. Spots on our face always bring various troubles to beauty-loving ladies. Many women are always looking for effective ways to remove spots. In fact, there are many practical tips in our daily lives. As long as we choose the right methods, we can easily achieve the desired results!

First Tip: Choose the Right Products

There are countless types of spot removal products on the market, and it is easy to get confused when choosing. Many women do not know how to select the right spot removal products. When selecting products, it is important to focus on the effectiveness and target the root cause.

Second Tip: Promote Blood Circulation through Massage

Using the friction of the palms can stimulate the skin and promote blood circulation, which is beneficial for relaxing the skin tissues.

Insufficient blood circulation in the body can often cause facial spot problems. We can use different massage techniques to promote blood circulation in the affected areas, loosen the melanin accumulated between the epidermis and dermis, and facilitate its dispersion.

Four Techniques for Promoting Blood Circulation on Spotted Areas

1. Finger Stroking Method

Use the side of the thumb and the tip of the index finger to press and move in a straight line from the inside to the outside of the spot. The pressure should be balanced, and the stroking speed should be slow. When performing the technique, apply gentle force without floating or stagnation to disperse the loosened melanin towards the surrounding areas.

2. Finger Pressing Method

Extend the thumb straight and clench the remaining four fingers. Use the tip of the thumb to press the center of the spot, with vertical pressure gradually increasing from light to heavy, stable and continuous. This allows the stimulation to fully penetrate between the epidermis and dermis. Avoid sudden force or shaking after applying pressure. Press from the center towards the periphery of the spot.

3. Finger Kneading Method

Use the thumb pad to draw circles on the spot, with gentle and soft force. Perform 50-60 circles per minute, with coordinated and rhythmic movements. The target area is between the epidermis and dermis. Spend about half a minute on each spot to loosen the pigment after pressing.

4. Palm Rubbing Method

Rub the palms together until they generate a certain amount of heat, then place the palm on the entire spotted area and perform circular rubbing in either clockwise or counterclockwise direction. The frequency is about 50-60 times per minute. This helps to spread the already dispersed pigment to a wider range, facilitating quick absorption.
