Ingredients: 5 grams of pollen, 1 egg white, 20 milliliters of lemon juice, 20 milliliters of fresh milk
Instructions:
1 Collect pollen from chrysanthemums, pine flowers, cornflowers, or barley flowers, or purchase from the supermarket.
2 Take one tablespoon (about 5 grams) of any kind of pollen. Mix with egg white for people with dry skin; mix with lemon juice for people with oily skin; mix with milk for people with other types of skin. Mix well.
3 Apply the mixture onto the face, making sure it doesn't run down the skin. Leave it on for 20-30 minutes, then wash off with water. Alternatively, dissolve 5 grams of pollen and 2 grams of salt in warm water, and use it to wash the face every morning and evening. Gently massage the face from the center to the sides while washing, and lightly pat the face.
Benefits:
Pollen is rich in various amino acids, proteins, vitamins, and bioactive substances, which nourish the skin and remove various pigmentation spots. Pollen can regulate endocrine function and maintain normal ovarian function, so it can eliminate melasma.
Vitamin C, E, and trace element selenium in pollen are strong antioxidants, which can prevent lipids from being oxidized into lipofuscin by free radicals, thus eliminating age spots. Pollen can not only resist sunlight radiation, but also treat sunspots.
People with dry skin lack vitamin A. Egg white is rich in vitamin A, so pollen is mixed with egg white for people with dry skin. Egg white is rich in various amino acids, which can replace pigmented old skin with new skin, thus eliminating various pigmentation spots.
Some people use the remaining egg white from eggshells to apply on age spots. Apply it 2-3 times a day, and the age spots will disappear after 4-5 times. The effect is more significant when combined with pollen. Lemon juice can dissolve excess sebum for people with oily skin, while fresh milk can moisturize and nourish the skin for people with neutral skin. Only by selecting appropriate ingredients for different skin conditions can the effect be more significant.
