    1. Chew slowly and detoxify

    When eating, chew more times, which has a detoxifying effect. This is because chewing more can secrete more saliva, neutralize various toxic substances, and cause a benign chain reaction to eliminate more toxins.

2. Intestinal peristalsis detoxification

    Rub the root of your palm until it is warm, then place your right hand in the middle of your stomach and massage in a clockwise direction. This is because the right side of the abdomen is the ascending colon, and the left side is the descending colon. Clockwise direction follows the direction of excretion, helping intestinal peristalsis. Then, place your right hand on the right side of the upper abdomen, and push from right to left with your palm, which can speed up the movement of the transverse colon in the middle. Finally, place your right hand on the upper abdomen, gently press down, and slowly push from the upper abdomen to the lower abdomen. This follows the descending colon and allows the excreta to be easily eliminated.

    3. Relaxing the meridians and clearing the collaterals for detoxification

    Just like doing radio exercises, we can also make the meridians do exercises.
