Other precautions

Diabetic patients should also pay attention to when they exercise, go out to inform their families where to exercise or accompanied by family members to exercise; go out to wear a good health card, note the name, address, disease status, etc.; carry cookies, chocolate and other food to prevent hypoglycemia; after exercise to restore the heart rate to the resting heart rate + 15 or so to sit down and rest, etc.
