In the gym or the community fitness place, often is to see the use of the bar exercise crowd. The use of the bar exercise not only to strengthen the body, but also to help build muscle. So where can the bar specifically exercise the muscles?

Exercise shoulder deltoids

The deltoid muscle is located in the shoulder and is triangular in shape, its main role is to make the shoulder joint abductor. When using the bar to do various training movements, there is an exercise effect for the shoulder deltoid.

Exercise the back muscles

When using the bar to do movements like pull-ups and knee raises, it can stimulate the back muscles, which has a certain exercise effect on the back muscles, especially the latissimus dorsi.

Exercise triceps

When the triceps contract, it makes the elbow joint straight or forearm droop, while when the triceps stretch, it makes the elbow joint flex. In bar training, a variety of arm flexion movements are required, so regular use of the bar exercise is able to exercise the triceps.

Exercise biceps

The role of the biceps is to flex the shoulder, flex the elbow, and rotate the forearm back. When the biceps contract, the elbow joint is flexed; when the biceps stretch, the elbow joint is extended or the forearm is dropped. This also makes it possible to exercise the biceps well during the bar exercise.

Exercise the core muscles

The core muscles are composed of the rectus abdominis, oblique abdominis, lower back muscles, erector spinae muscles and other muscle groups, using the bar for exercise can have a certain exercise effect on them, especially the abdominal muscles.
