Each group of 30 times, perform 2 groups. This movement is mainly the front and back of the thigh.

V-support

With your hips on the ground and your hands behind you for support, lift your legs and straighten your knees, keeping them stationary. Perform 5 sets of 1 minute each. This movement can the entire leg.
