Airplane pose

Step 1: Kneel on all fours, keep your back horizontal and tighten your abdomen. Step 2: Straighten your right hand forward, straighten your left foot backward, stop for 5-10 breaths, then stretch your right hand to the right and straighten your left foot to the left. Step 3: Stop again for 5-10 breaths and then switch sides.

Leg Lift Bridge Pose

Step 1: Bend your knees, spread your feet hip-width apart, and straighten your hands with palms facing down to the sides of your body. Step 2: Lift your lower body by picking your feet down hard and slowly move your shoulders so that you can cross your hands below. Step 3: Raise the right leg up high, keep it upright, stop for 5-10 breaths, then switch sides.

Dancing King Pose

Step 1: Open your feet shoulder-width apart and lift your left foot backwards. Step 2: Raise your right hand high in front and grasp your left foot with your left hand, stop until 5-10 breaths and then switch sides.

Crescent Pose

Step 1: Open your feet shoulder-width apart and extend your left foot backward in a lunge position. Step 2: Raise your right hand up high, straighten your back and tighten your abdomen, stop until 5-10 breaths and then switch sides.

Chair twist pose

Step 1: Place your hands together in front of your chest and bend your knees slightly after bringing your feet together. Step 2: Rotate the upper body to the left and place the right hand axis on the left side of the knee of the left leg. Step 3: Lift the right foot and stretch it backwards, take a lunge position, stop for 5-10 breaths, then switch sides afterwards.
