Quick weight loss, not consistent

People who are determined to start a diet will often draw up a complete schedule to accomplish their goals one step at a time. While the reality is that people always want things to happen immediately and effortlessly. The good thing about having a schedule is that many people do get off the couch and into the gym as a result. But the downside is that very few people are really consistent and stick to the schedule. And the end result is that many people lose some weight quickly and then get back to it quickly. After a few repetitions, your health instead becomes worse than it was before the diet. Suddenly trying to change a long-standing habit is usually hard to do in one step. So is weight loss. The key is to start small and make gradual changes. Whether it's changing the bad habit of eating and sleeping, sleeping and eating, or developing the good habit of eating only seven percent of each meal, small and gradual changes can really help you lose weight healthily and avoid the damage that comes with losing weight and gaining it back violently.

Organic and natural foods are not the same as calorie-free

I eat organic food and healthy fruits and vegetables every day, but why can't I lose weight? Looking at the variety of products on the market, labeled as healthy, you may have been impulsive shopping, buying unnecessary food it. No matter how healthy and natural and organic the food is, there are still calories. Don't forget, the focus of weight loss is to adopt a strategy of consuming less and consuming more calories.

Skipping breakfast to reduce intake

What sounds like a reasonable idea will actually only have the opposite effect. There have been numerous studies showing that eating breakfast has a positive relationship with lowering calorie intake. Why? Because skipping breakfast makes you hungrier at noon, so you unknowingly eat more, and the increased calorie intake throughout the day is more than the total calories from breakfast. In addition, the body will also lack energy, will make you do things lethargically, reducing efficiency. What's worse, if you exercise in a lethargic condition, the muscles can not get energy, only to make the body more tired, resulting in the desire to take in more calories to repair, the end result is to become more fat. The old saying, take in less, consume more, take in less calories than you consume, or increase physical activity to burn more calories. Exercise, is the only way to maintain muscle mass and lose weight.

In order to lose weight, do not drip oil

Since you want to lose weight, boiling and removing oil should be foolproof! This statement is only half right. About fats and oils, you can't help but know that they still have good and bad. Trans fats and saturated fats are bad fats, they can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and put your health at risk; unsaturated fats are good fats, they can not only help you take in fat-soluble nutrients, but also prevent you from developing cardiovascular disease. Moreover, the body also needs the right amount of fat to produce the hormones needed to maintain normal functioning. Moderate fat intake is still key. Don't forget that one gram of carbohydrate produces four calories, but one gram of fat produces nine calories! We need healthy and moderate amounts of fats to keep our bodies functioning properly, and being oil-free is not a good healthy weight loss strategy.

Switch to sugar-free drinks

You must have seen many drinks on the shelves that are labeled as zero-weight, light, fiber... These products are often the best choice in the eyes of those who want to taste good and lose weight. These beverages often contain sugar substitutes that replace normal sugar, but these artificially manufactured sweeteners can make us crave more sweetness and become dependent and even addicted to this particular sweetness. In addition to the digestive problems that sugar substitutes can create, it makes one seriously consider not buying sugar substitutes next time: they have a higher risk of developing diabetes than regular sugary drinks, and they are more addictive than regular sugary drinks. So, beware of the cost behind the zero burden, which may make your body more and more heavy ah.
