How to practice yoga muscle strain

Apply ice immediately

Compression bandage

Massage therapy

Hemostatic drug treatment

In more serious cases, the injured limb should be elevated, and some pain and hemostatic drugs can be taken. 24 to 48 hours later, the bandage can be removed, and depending on the injury, topical application of blood circulation and swelling Uraquin cream can be applied, and the injury can be locally massaged with lighter techniques.

Surgical treatment

If a muscle or tendon is suspected to be completely ruptured, it should be sent to hospital immediately after local pressure bandaging and fixation of the affected limb to confirm the diagnosis and, if necessary, undergo surgery.
