How to avoid knee pain in meditation

Stretch your legs before meditating

Before meditating, perform some stretching exercises to move your muscles, joints and ligaments to avoid ligament damage caused by sudden movements. Such as kicking movements, leg presses, etc.

Meditate with correct posture

Generally it is in double disc meditation that knee pain will occur more often. The correct posture of double disc is to place the left foot on the right leg first, and then place the right foot on the left foot, called vajra sitting. The right foot is placed on the left leg, and then the left foot is placed on the right foot, which is called Ruyi sitting. Both sitting postures can be used, and can also be rotated alternately when the leg pain. If you can't use a double plate, you can use a single plate.

Control the time of meditation
