Prepare food before climbing

If you don't need to eat lunch on the mountain, you can prepare water and chocolate and other energy-supplementing foods, and if you need to eat lunch on the mountain, you should bring more and use a duffel bag to keep it ready.

Pay attention to the warm-up before climbing

Before climbing in winter, you should pay attention to warm-up exercises to open the joints and warm up the muscles before going up the mountain, which can reduce the injuries in climbing. Pay attention to stretching your legs after climbing so that your calves don't become thick.

Climbing should wait until after the sun comes out

Winter dawned late, going out to exercise in the dark can easily be dangerous. When descending, because of the acceleration, feet and shoes are easily detached, causing foot injuries or blisters, so be sure to lace up your shoes and descend safely.
