Warm-up before training is indispensable

Many fitness enthusiasts do not like to warm-up exercises when they are doing physical fitness. In fact, this is very undesirable, especially for spring fitness. Spring temperature is still relatively low, some places are more humid, training before the warm-up activities can not only promote the body's local muscles applicable ability, but also promote blood circulation, and enable the body's various parts of the system can do a good job of advance preparation, not to fitness in the wind chill, cold, muscle strains.

Prevention of cold and warmth can not be lazy

I ran the day the temperature is relatively low, but also drizzle, then wearing short-sleeved participation, after the run sweat wet, because the desire to cool, while stealing a little lazy, did not change clothes in time, thought the body is strong, will not cause disease. Gradual but not excessive

As the temperature rises in the spring, many fitness enthusiasts begin to come out of the room to outdoor high-intensity sports training. But physical fitness must be gradual and not excessive, especially for fitness enthusiasts who have not had physical exercise for a long time. After the marathon run, the author's legs and feet were very sore and uncomfortable the next day, which was caused by excessive exercise. So spring sports training must be gradual, never too much.

Hydration can not be less

Spring temperature is lower, the climate is dry, many fitness enthusiasts do not like to hydrate in sports, think and hot summer, the human body needs less water, so often ignore the water supplement. Especially in a relatively long period of time when a large load of fitness exercise, the body can not keep up with the water, which can seriously lead to cramps, and even dehydration, so the water supplement is also essential in the spring fitness.
