Movement.

Movement

Kneel on the ground with your hands slightly above your shoulders. Bring your toes in and lift your knees after holding your palms up. Keep breathing evenly. Keep stretching the front of your neck, move your shoulders back and push your chest forward. Exhale, lower your palms, bring your chest to your thighs, and after holding the movement switch feet and continue, taking care to relax your hips and thighs. Just keep breathing.
