How to relieve stomach pain

Kneel down and lean forward

The specific method is: find a relatively soft cushion or kneel directly on the bed, from the knees to the toes to touch the bed, the upper body to remain upright, if the stomach is too painful to stand up straight can be slightly bent. Hands naturally down, the entire weight of their own are pressed on top of the ankles. Hold the position for 30 seconds, then relax the body leaning forward, repeat 5 times. This method can eliminate flatulence, promote digestion, and help relieve intestinal cramps, diarrhea and other symptoms.

Prone

The specific method is: find a relatively soft mat or directly on the bed, the whole body is in a relaxed state. Touch your forehead to the bed and straighten your legs backwards. Both hands are bent and parallel to the shoulders, palms down near the body. At this point, the hands are forcefully supported so that the head and chest are raised and the legs are still touching the ground. Hold the posture for about 10 seconds, then return to the relaxed position and repeat 5 times. This method can eliminate flatulence, relieve constipation, and thus effectively improve stomach pain.

Standing with bent knees

The specific method is: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and straighten your body. Then bend your body slightly forward and gently place your hands on your knees. Inhale, then exhale while slowly contracting your abdominal muscles. Hold for 20 seconds, then expel the gas from the lungs in a smooth motion and repeat 5 times. This method can relieve indigestion and constipation, especially for people with poor digestion stomach pain is very helpful.
