How to relieve cough

Lion Pose

Effect: Exercises the head muscles, promotes blood circulation deep in the throat, and effectively relieves coughing. 1. Sit on your knees, lift your abdomen and tighten your chin. 2、Inhale through your nose, lean forward, tuck in your chest, arch your back, press your palms against your knees, spread your fingers, touch the ground, and open your mouth wide. 3, exhale, try to spit out the tongue, with the root of the tongue as the center, breathing with the mouth, hold for 30 seconds. 4. Retract your tongue into your mouth, close your mouth, and return to the kneeling position.

Single leg forward bend pose

Result: strengthens the respiratory system and breathing function and activates the spinal nerves. 1、Sit with your legs straight on the ground, bend your left leg, and tuck your left foot to your groin, close to your inner thigh. 2, two arms together in front of the flat, inhale when the hands high over the head to stretch back. 3、Bend from the waist and abdomen as you breathe, with your face pressed against your calves and your hands grasping your right foot. 4、Close your eyes and breathe evenly for 30 seconds. 5、Straighten your arms and inhale as your arms drive your upper body back to a sitting position. Then repeat the action on the other side.
