Effective Exercises for Firming and Expanding the Chest

  1. Chest Expansion Exercise

Perform stretching and chest expansion exercises to exercise the chest muscles and prevent sagging breasts.

2. Arm Stretch

Lean forward, keep your body straight, make fists with both hands, and place your arms in front of your chest. Keep your feet apart for balance. Open your arms to the sides simultaneously, exerting force on the muscles.

3. Back Massage

Use one hand to massage your back as far as possible, hold for about 10 seconds, and then repeat the action on the other side. Repeat this motion for 5-10 minutes.

4. Chest Lift Exercise

This exercise effectively improves skin firmness. During the exercise, ensure that the chest muscles remain elastic, resulting in a more graceful figure.

5. Hands Pressed Together in Front of Chest

Press your hands together in front of your chest, focusing the force on your palms. Push and press with force, do this exercise 5 to 8 times daily.

6. Cross Arm Stretch

Grab your right arm with your left hand, then stretch it outwards with force. Hold for a few seconds and then relax. Repeat this motion for 5 to 6 minutes.

7. Breathing Exercise

Bend your legs slightly and sit on the ground with your legs close together. Place your hands on the inner side of your knees and inhale. Exhale while pulling your knees outward for 5 to 10 seconds.
