Stretching Exercise
The stretching exercise is similar to traditional push-ups, where you support your body with bent arms on parallel bars, allowing your body to hang down as much as possible, fully stretching your chest muscles, and then pushing up with force.
Forward Push Exercise
1. Sit upright and extend your arms forward, bending your elbows.
2. Grip your hands together and push forward with force. Count from 1 to 6, and then relax your hands.
3. Repeat several times.
Pull and Stretch Exercise
1. Stand or sit.
2. Place your arms at your sides and slowly lift them up to the height between your head and shoulders, and then lift them forward.
3. Stop when your arms are about to touch each other.
4. Separate your arms, return to the starting position, and relax your muscles.
Repeat 5 times.
