1. 10g fresh lotus leaf juice, 6g hawthorn, 6g coix seed, brew with boiling water. Especially suitable for obese individuals with hyperlipidemia; or 1 fresh lotus leaf, wash and boil in water, cook with 100g of rice and lotus leaf soup to make porridge as a meal replacement.

2. 5g chrysanthemum flowers, 12g fresh hawthorn and cassia seeds each, put them in a thermos cup and brew with boiling water, drink several times a day.

3. Prepare rhubarb into tablets, take 6g each time, take half an hour before meals (take after meals for people with stomach problems), 1-3 times a day, adjust the amount of rhubarb according to the number of bowel movements, aiming for 3 times a day.
