Stools are composed of food residue and water, so the amount and frequency of bowel movements are closely related to diet. Using dietary therapy can also help treat constipation.

(1) First, drink plenty of water to keep enough moisture in the intestinal cavity to soften the stool, thus achieving the goal of treating dry stool.

(2) Secondly, eat more foods that contain a lot of residue, especially fresh vegetables rich in fiber, such as celery and leek.

① Spinach with sesame oil: Use 250 grams of fresh spinach, a little salt, and sesame oil. The method is to wash the spinach and boil water in a pot. Add salt and blanch the spinach in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Remove it and mix it with sesame oil. It is effective when consumed regularly.
