Ingredients for Vinegar Stir-Fried Cabbage:

Main ingredient: 400g cabbage hearts

Additional ingredients: 15g green and red pepper cubes, 15g dried shrimp

Seasonings: vinegar, cooking oil, Sichuan peppercorn, balsamic vinegar, white sugar, salt, cornstarch, sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, monosodium glutamate, shredded ginger

Method for Vinegar Stir-Fried Cabbage:

Cut the cabbage hearts into inch-sized pieces. Cut the peppers into diamond-shaped cubes. Soak the dried shrimp. Heat the wok, add some oil, and heat it up. Add the Sichuan peppercorn and fry it briefly, then remove it. Add the pepper cubes, dried shrimp, shredded ginger, cabbage, and stir-fry moderately. Add some vinegar and stir-fry briefly. Add sugar and a little soup. Add salt, Shaoxing wine, and monosodium glutamate, and simmer for a while. Thicken the sauce with cornstarch, and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
