Stinky Tofu Soup
Ingredients (1 serving): 3 pieces of stinky tofu (about 120g), 30g onions, 30g mung bean sprouts, 20g baby bok choy, 20g shiitake mushrooms, 30g beef slices
Seasonings: a little salad oil, 1 tablespoon of chopped chili, chicken broth powder, salt
Instructions:
1. Plug in the electric kettle, pour in a small amount of salad oil and heat it up. Cut the stinky tofu diagonally into triangular pieces and fry it in the pot for a while.
2. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and cut the onions into strips. Put them in the pot together with the stinky tofu and stir-fry them. Be careful not to break the tofu.
3. Pour in enough boiling water, add mung bean sprouts, chopped chili, chicken broth powder, and salt for seasoning, and cook for a few minutes.
4. Finally, add the beef slices and the chopped baby bok choy, and cook for a little while.
