Raw Carrot Juice for Weight Loss: A Natural and Nutritious Approach

  Use a fruit and vegetable juicer or blender to extract a cup of carrot juice, drink 1-2 times a day, preferably before meals. There is no need to control your diet. Adjust the amount of intake according to your constitution and physical condition, and you will gradually lose some excess fat.

Here, I introduce a "raw carrot juice weight loss method". Start with a 1-2 day fast, only drink carrot juice. During the fasting period, it doesn't matter how much carrot juice you drink. On the third day, skip one meal and have congee and boiled vegetables for the other two meals to warm the stomach and intestines. Repeat this process and you can lose about 2-3 kilograms!

Ingredients: Carrots (about 200 grams)

Method:

1. The skin of the carrot is rich in nutrients. Brush and rinse the skin thoroughly, then cut it into round pieces.

2. If you find it difficult to drink carrot juice alone, you can add some apple, tomato or banana to blend together, or season with lemon juice and honey.

3. Cut the carrots into appropriate sizes and place them in a fruit and vegetable juicer or blender. The carrot juice that comes out of the blender will be a thick carrot puree, which retains the nutrition of the carrot. It's best to drink it all.

If using a fruit and vegetable juicer, there will be residue left in the juicer after extracting the carrot juice. This residue contains rich dietary fiber, so you should take out a small handful and soak it in the carrot juice to drink together, so as not to waste it.

4. If you don't have a fruit and vegetable juicer or blender, you can prepare a grater board. Place the carrot on top and grate it vigorously to get fine carrot strips. It's also fine to eat these carrot strips raw, or you can wrap them in gauze and squeeze out the juice to drink.
