Clinical manifestations of urinary system infection in Qi deficiency syndrome:


Urination is difficult and dribbling, with cloudy and non-yellow urine. There is discomfort and bloating in the lower abdomen, lack of energy and lazy speech, loss of appetite, physical weakness, fatigue, and shortness of breath with movement. The tongue is pale, with a thin white coating, and the pulse is weak and feeble.
 
 
 【Astragalus porridge】  
  Ingredients: 30g of Astragalus root, 100g of glutinous rice, 1g of tangerine peel powder.
Method: Boil Astragalus root to extract the concentrated juice, then cook with glutinous rice. Add tangerine peel powder and simmer for a while when the porridge is ready. Season with white sugar.
Efficacy: Tonifies Qi and transforms dampness.
Usage: Take 1 dose per day, divided into 2 doses.
 
 【Ginseng and Astragalus Pork Kidneys】  
  Ingredients: 1 pork kidney, 30g of Astragalus root, 10g of ginseng, 10g of plantain seeds (wrapped).
Method: Remove the fascia from the pork kidney, wash it, and put it in a pot. Add ginseng, Astragalus root, plantain seeds, and an appropriate amount of water. Stew until the pork kidney is cooked thoroughly. Let it cool, slice it, and plate it. Serve with soy sauce or other seasonings.
Efficacy: Tonifies Qi, nourishes the kidneys, strengthens the spleen, and promotes diuresis.
Usage: Can be eaten as desired or as a side dish.
 
 【Ginseng and Astragalus Winter Melon Soup】  
  Ingredients: 15g of Codonopsis pilosula, 20g of Astragalus root, 50g of winter melon.
Method: Put Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus root in a clay pot, add water, and boil for 15 minutes. Remove the residue and extract the juice. Add winter melon slices and continue simmering until the winter melon is cooked. Season to taste.
Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen, tonifies Qi, and promotes diuresis.
Usage: Eat with meals.
