April 14, 2024

Newborn babies are usually fed with breast milk, but as they grow older, they will start eating some baby food. So, what kind of food combinations are suitable for babies? I will share a recipe for Beef and Onion Pasta, which is mainly made with beef and macaroni. Beef is a protein-rich food, and onions are rich in vitamins and minerals. When combined, they nourish the spleen and stomach, strengthen muscles and bones, clear heat and phlegm, detoxify and reduce inflammation, making it especially suitable for babies to eat in winter. The Beef and Onion Pasta is also easy to make, so let's learn how to make this baby-friendly dish together.

Ingredients for Beef and Onion Pasta:

A small amount of beef tenderloin, half a onion, macaroni, broth, salt, yellow wine, cooking oil, tender meat powder, starch, and a small amount of tomato sauce.

Instructions for Beef and Onion Pasta:

1. Wash the beef and chop it into small pieces. Add salt, tender meat powder, and starch, mix well and set aside. Cut the onion into small pieces or mash it, and soak the macaroni until soft.

2. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, add the onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the tomato sauce and stir-fry until well-cooked. Then add the beef and stir-fry quickly until cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. Boil water in a pot and add the macaroni. Cook until soft over low heat, then remove and transfer to another pot of boiling broth. Add the cooked beef and onion, yellow wine, salt, and bring to a boil.
