Method: Wash the rice, glutinous rice, coix seed, red adzuki beans, and mung beans with water;

Wash the dried red dates with water, then soak them in warm water for 20 minutes to soften.

Peel the peanuts, walnuts, and Chinese barley. Soak the lotus seeds and remove the bitter core. Soak the dried lily bulbs until they become soft.

Mix the rice, glutinous rice, coix seed, red adzuki beans, mung beans, lotus seeds, red dates, peanuts, walnuts, millet, soaked dried lily bulbs, and rock sugar together. Put them in a rice cooker and add enough water.

Cook the porridge until it is soft. Otherwise, it may cause gastrointestinal burden for those with weak stomach and intestines. For example, red adzuki beans and coix seed can be cooked first if they take longer to cook. A pressure cooker can also be used to better retain nutrients.
