【Carrot Braised Lamb】
Ingredients: 1000g lamb, 500g carrot.
Method: Cut the lamb into pieces, cut the carrot into diced pieces. Heat the pan (without oil), stir-fry the carrot for 10 minutes until half cooked, then remove and set aside.
