Each capsule contains 0.4g of the medicine. Take 2-4 capsules each time, swallow with warm water, or take with Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang.

Main treatment: Various cancer-related pain.

Analysis: This is an empirical formula from the famous Guizhou doctor, Wang Shi Hai. Jin Tie Suo is a perennial climbing herbaceous plant, which is the root of the Caryophyllaceae plant, Jin Tie Suo. It is mainly produced in Yunnan and Weining, Guizhou, and also has other names such as Du Ding Zi, Kunming Sha Shen, and Jin Si Ai Tuo Tuo. I have tasted it before, and it has a pungent and spicy taste, stimulating the throat and tongue, with a bitter, pungent, numbing, and warming sensation, indicating a certain level of toxicity. "Yunnan Medicinal Herbs" states that it can "stop bleeding, alleviate pain, activate blood circulation, eliminate stasis, and dispel wind and dampness. It is used to treat bruises and injuries, bleeding from wounds, rheumatic pain, and stomachache." Its main function should be to relieve pain. The effectiveness of this formula depends entirely on Jin Tie Suo, and whether it can treat cancer due to its relatively high toxicity is still unknown.

Although cancer-related pain is caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, it also involves a significant depletion of vital energy. Therefore, it is often a mixture of deficiency and excess. Taking it together with tonifying formulas such as Bu Zhong Yi Qi Tang can achieve better therapeutic effects.
