Yuzhu Tofu Soup
Ingredients (2 servings, one batch)
Yuzhu.............30g
Lean pork............100g
Tofu..............200g
Ginger................5g
Garlic...............10g
Scallion.................10g
Sesame oil...............10g
Salt..................3g
Vegetable oil..............50g
Soup stock................200ml

Clears heat, detoxifies, and lowers blood pressure. Suitable for conditions such as hypertension with kidney yang deficiency.
Instructions
I. Wash the yuzhu and chop it into small pieces; wash the lean pork, cut it into strips, and then chop it into small grain-like pieces; wash the tofu and cut it into strips; slice the ginger, chop the scallion, and peel and slice the garlic.
2. Heat the pot on medium-high heat, add vegetable oil, and heat until it is 60% hot. Add garlic, scallion, and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add lean pork and stir-fry until it changes color. Add yuzhu, tofu, salt, sesame oil, and soup stock. Simmer on low heat for 25 minutes.
Serving
Serve as a side dish. Consume 3 times a week and continue for 3 months.
Precautions
Avoid consuming if you have phlegm-dampness stagnation in the stomach or internal cold due to yin deficiency.
