【Prescription】

Dry Ji Ye (powder) 15g, Xiang Ru (powder) 15g, Chi Xiao Dou (powder) 15g, fresh Shuoze stem and leaf (finely crushed) 1 handful.

【Usage and Dosage】

Crush the Shuoze into a fine powder, mix it with other powdered herbs, and make a paste. Apply the paste to the sores and let it dry. The healing process is the standard.

【Medicinal Values of Shuoze】

1. Treats partial withered and cold bi syndrome, relieves weak and heavy pain, or treats lumbago and leg heaviness: Burn the Shuoze leaves, put them on a thick mat, and lie on them for warmth. Repeat this process when the heat is gone. In winter, use the roots, and in spring, use the stems. Boil them, and lying on them is beneficial. 2. Treats edema, inability to sit or lie down, and swelling of the head, face, and body: Scrape the skin off the Shuoze root, mash it into juice, mix it with an equal amount of wine, warm it up, and take it on an empty stomach, causing slight vomiting and promoting bowel movement. 3. Treats early stage of athlete's foot, from the foot to the knee with swelling and pain: Crush the Shuoze root, mix it with three parts of wine lees and one part of the root, steam it, and apply it hot to the swollen area, twice a day.
