Chinese Medicinal Tea Recipe 4: Rehmannia Tea

Ingredients: 10g Rehmannia, 3g Green Tea.

Method: Brew the tea using 300ml of Rehmannia decoction, drink it when it's cool.

Benefits: Nourishes Yin and Blood, lowers blood sugar, raises blood pressure, diuretic, antibacterial, protects the liver.
