The traditional Chinese medicine "Dai Dai Hua" refers to the flower buds of the Citrus medica plant, which belongs to the Rutaceae family. It has the effects of soothing the liver and relieving chest congestion, as well as promoting appetite and alleviating nausea. The most common way to consume it is by making tea with it!


1. Dai Dai Hua Fennel Tea

Recipe: 10g Dai Dai Hua, 5g fennel, 5g cardamom, 5g radish seed, 10g patchouli, 10g perilla leaf

Method: Crush the radish seed and put it together with the other ingredients in a pot. Add a suitable amount of water and simmer for 2 hours. Pour out the soup and drink it.
