[Ingredients]
20g Ophiopogon japonicus, 10 dates, 300g pig stomach, 20ml cooking wine, 5g ginger, 30ml vegetable oil, 2.5g salt, 10g scallion, 2g chicken essence.
[Instructions]
Soak Ophiopogon japonicus in water, remove the stems, wash the dates and remove the pits, rinse the pig stomach thoroughly, cook in boiling water and slice. Crush the ginger and chop the scallion. Heat the frying pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, when it is 60% hot, add ginger and scallion and stir-fry until golden yellow. Add the pig stomach slices, cooking wine, Ophiopogon japonicus, dates, salt, stir-fry until well cooked, and then add chicken essence.
[Effects]
Nourishing yin, clearing heat, moisturizing the lungs, nourishing the body. It is suitable for the adjuvant treatment of neurasthenia, anemia, emphysema, bronchiectasis, pulmonary tuberculosis, menopausal syndrome, and gastrointestinal disorders.
[Precautions]
(1) Ophiopogon japonicus should not be eaten with carp and crucian carp as their functions are not compatible.
(2) Ophiopogon japonicus should be used with caution in cases of spleen and stomach deficiency and poor appetite.
(3) Pig stomach is high in cholesterol and should not be consumed by those with hyperlipidemia, cholecystitis, and cholelithiasis.
(4) Dates should not be taken with antipyretic drugs or ibuprofen as they can form insoluble complexes.
(5) Dates are warm in nature and should not be consumed in cases of chickenpox, pulmonary tuberculosis, and acute hepatitis.
(6) Take 2-3 doses per week, can be consumed regularly.
