Chives...............200g
Ginger................5g

Shrimp...............50g

Preparation
1. Wash the chives and cut them into 3cm long pieces; wash the shrimp; shred the ginger; cut the green onion into sections.
2. Heat the wok over high heat, add vegetable oil, and when it is 60% hot, stir-fry the ginger and green onion until aromatic. Immediately add the shrimp, chives, and salt, stir-fry until cooked.
Cooking Tips
Chives are a warm and kidney-strengthening vegetable. It is best to stir-fry until cooked to maintain the flavor. If cooked for too long, the taste will be poor.
Serving
Serve as a side dish, consume 3 times a week, and continue to consume for 2 months.
Precautions
Not suitable for those with yin deficiency and excessive internal heat.
