【Functions and Indications of White Ox Gall】
It dispels wind, promotes diuresis, promotes qi circulation, and relieves stagnation. It is used to treat rheumatic joint pain, chest stuffiness, malaria, dysentery, diarrhea, postpartum cold, hepatitis, hemorrhoids, and scabies.

【Dosage and Administration of White Ox Gall】
Oral: Decoction, 0.5-1 liang (fresh ones 1-2 liang). Topical: Crush and apply or use as a wash.

① Treatment for lumbago and leg pain: Artemisia argyi 1 liang, Euonymus alatus root 6 qian, Sinomenium acutum 3 qian, and Angelica sinensis 6 qian. Decoction, divided into two doses per day. ("Commonly Used Chinese Herbal Formula")
② Treatment for malaria: White Ox Gall 1 liang. Decoction, orally taken. ("Hunan Materia Medica")
③ Treatment for dysentery: Dried leaves of White Ox Gall 1 liang. Decoction with sugar and soak, orally taken.
④ Treatment for diarrhea: Dried leaves of White Ox Gall 1.5 liang. Decoction, orally taken.
