March 7, 2024

No matter if you are an office worker or a student, sitting for long hours in front of a computer or desk can easily lead to cervical spondylosis. The main symptoms include headache, dizziness, decreased vision, and blurred vision. Nowadays, there are more and more cervical spondylosis patients, and the age of onset is getting younger, even becoming a "occupational disease" for white-collar workers. Dizziness and vertigo are one of the main symptoms of cervical spondylosis, and conventional external treatments often have unsatisfactory results. Using Chinese medicine combined with ingredients to make medicinal food has a good effect in treating dizziness caused by cervical spondylosis.
