Instructions: Wash and cut the pig trotter into pieces. Rinse the dried cuttlefish and fava beans. Cut the dried cuttlefish into pieces. Peel and wash the bamboo shoots, and cut them into small pieces. Put the fava beans, pig trotter, and dried cuttlefish into a pot. Add enough water and bring to a boil, then skim off the foam.
