Effective Herbal Cuisine Recipes for Back Pain and Leg Pain in Autumn

Herbal Cuisine Three: Eucommia Hawthorn Pig Stomach Soup

Ingredients: 30g Eucommia, 20g hawthorn, 1 pig stomach.

Instructions: Stir-fry Eucommia with saltwater. Remove the hawthorn pits and slice them. Wash the pig stomach. Put Eucommia, hawthorn, ginger slices, and chopped green onion into the pig stomach. Put the pig stomach in a pot, bring it to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 90 minutes. Remove the pig stomach and add soup before serving.

Herbal Cuisine Four: Cuttlefish and Pig Trotter Soup

Ingredients: 1 dried cuttlefish, 1 pig trotter, 20g fava beans, 50g bamboo shoots, ginger slices and chopped green onion as needed, 1 tablespoon ground pepper, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, and salt to taste.

Instructions: Wash and cut the pig trotter into pieces. Rinse the dried cuttlefish and fava beans. Cut the dried cuttlefish into pieces. Peel and wash the bamboo shoots, and cut them into small pieces. Put the fava beans, pig trotter, and dried cuttlefish into a pot. Add enough water and bring to a boil, then skim off the foam. Transfer to a pressure cooker. Add ginger slices, chopped green onion, cooking wine, and ground pepper. Cook under pressure for 15 minutes, then release the pressure. Add the bamboo shoots and cook until tender. Remove the ginger and green onion, and add salt to taste.

Effect: Pig trotter is known for its ability to strengthen the waist and knees. It can treat back and knee pain caused by kidney deficiency.
