Characteristics of White Tribulus terrestris

It is formed by the aggregation of 5 small fruits, presenting a pentagonal shape with a diameter of 0.6-1 cm.

Some split into single fruit lobes, which appear like dancing, with a greenish-white or grayish-white surface. The back is raised with many reticular veins and small thorns, as well as symmetrical long and short thorns on each side.

It is hard in texture and prickly to touch. The cut surface reveals white or yellowish-white oily seeds. It has no odor and tastes bitter and pungent.
