2. Buddha's Hand, Yanhusuo, and Pig Liver Soup
Ingredients: 10g Buddha's Hand, 9g Yanhusuo, 8g Xiangfu, 100g pig liver, salt, chopped green onion.
Instructions:
1. Wash Buddha's Hand, Yanhusuo, and Xiangfu, set aside;
2. Put Buddha's Hand, Yanhusuo, and Xiangfu in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil, and simmer for about 15 minutes;
